Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we'll take care of everything. You'll receive a job-completion gate photo after each visit so you know your yard is secure.

What if my grass is overgrown?

If the grass is significantly overgrown and makes waste difficult to see or access, a $5 overgrowth fee will be added for that visit.

What if you can't access my yard?

Accepted Answer

If we arrive and can't access the yard due to a locked gate, blocked entry, or loose pets, we'll notify you. A lockout fee may apply.
